Day 41 – Different Perspective

I left early in the morning on the bus to Cleveland w/a layover in Buffalo and I slept all the way to the border. The wait at Buffalo was a little over an hr before continuing on. Once we got going I watched Sidewalks of New York on my laptop on the bus. It was decent, definitely worth watching. Edward Burns still has some room for improvement directing. I’m a big fan of Dennis Farina, he has a knack for making the most of his small parts.

Progressive Field is a very nice ballpark. I would rank it just in behind Ballpark in Arlington. The location is downtown w/the Q (the Cavaliers Stadium) right next door. When sitting behind home plate you get a nice view of the city over the OF walls. They did fireworks after the game and the city back drop worked well for them.

It was a little weird seeing the Jays come out of the 1st base dugout. This was the 1st game the Jays have been on that side. At Rogers Centre the home dugout is on the 3rd base side and until now all the other ballparks had the visiting dugout on the 3rd base side.
